Old Washington's two longest running festivals are the Simon Kenton Festival during the 3rd weekend in September and the Frontier Christmas Festival during the first weekend in December. Both events have special music, museums are open for free, vendors selling a variety of crafts, food, gifts, and more are present.
Simon Kenton Festival is held annually on the 3rd weekend in September. For 2019, it will be held Sept. 21-22.
Old Washington will host a day-long event featuring music by local artists Harry Pedigo and Sarah Wood, craft and other vendors, special art activities at the Ohio Valley Art Guild, Youth Art Contest at Paxton Inn, children's traditional games at Mefford's Fort, and more. And you will find chocolate throughout the historic village.
The 53rd annual Frontier Christmas
will take place Dec. 7-8, 2019.
Email email@example.com for more information on how you can participate as a vendor or entertainment. Old Washington, Inc. is seeking vendors with hand-crafted, traditional items to sell.
